Executive Coaching
Duration of Coaching
The duration varies depending on the set objective. It can be express, meaning in less than 5 sessions. Typically, it is structured over a longer period: between 8 and 12 sessions. An assessment is conducted at the end of the coaching and sometimes mid-way through.
Flow of the Sessions
We first define the objective of the session, which aligns with the overall goal of the coaching. The sessions last about 2 hours.
We adapt to your scheduling constraints.
Your coach supports you through active listening, questioning, paraphrasing, and feedback.
Frequency of Coaching
The sessions take place approximately every 2 or 3 weeks.
A period of maturation is necessary and important between each session.

Duration of the Skills Assessment
24 hours divided as follows:
12 hours of individual meetings with your consultant, spread over 7 appointments (in-person or via video conference)
12 hours of personal work
Period: over a maximum of 3 months
Duration of individual meetings with your consultant: between 1 and 2 hours
Frequency of the Skills Assessment
Frequency of sessions: 1 every 15 days
After the assessment: Regular follow-ups twice a month for the following 3 months (by phone or video conference)
A follow-up meeting after 6 months
